Setup options 

Let's setup your event layout!  Choose your estimated guest count and choose one of the four setup options available.  Our layouts are created to maximize your dance floor and overall design of your event.  

 

*If number of guests changes day of, will venue put out more tables/chairs?

 We set up according to your designed floorplan in the morning,

if guest changes, we need to be informed as soon as possible.

The staff member will assist the day of to make any necessary changes.

Tablecloth and napkin orders can not be adjusted

after three weeks from your event date.  

​

*You will be able to choose a rectangle or round table for your cake/dessert table

 

*Photo booths are not included in plans but can be added if needed.

 

*Outdoor ceremony chairs are stationary our team wipes the chairs each week before events.
