Weather Plans

What is the plan in case of bad weather for any outdoor events?

We know that Texas weather is very unpredictable and so recommend all clients to have a plan b ready.  Here are a few things to remember if you have to make changes to your plans due to bad weather.

1) Firefly Gardens does not have a flipping team

2) The client is responsible for hiring/providing that service.

3) The 1 staff member on site will help assist in the flip. (This does not include bartending staff) 

4) Client must submit a plan B within 48hrs of your event 

5) Contact your catering service to see if they offer a flipping service
